Layout adjustViewBounds is not wokring

I want the ImageView keep its aspect ratio with layout_height=match_parent
but I don't know why this happen ?

Centering a layout in a ListView

I dont get it - I cannot align the RelativeLayout in the ListView - that is I want to center the RelativeLayout that holds and image and some textviews.
The RelativeLayout is still on the lefthand-side of the screen, though the listview-width should match the parent. What could be wrong?

Use this as rootLayout of your item :-

You would get the same output..
Also in your activity put listView width as match_parent

To vertically center the child views, give android:gravity="center_vertical" to the parent view. In your case, for the LinearLayout.

How to get this layout in a scrollview?

So i want to have a layout like on the image :
An image to the left then the title and then below of those the text.
I can't seem to do it while having a scrollview!

Set the RelativeLayout to wrap_content. If the child view is the same size as the ScrollView, obviously it will not scroll.

On setting Wrap content the widget adjusts its height/width parameters to the given content size.so
change width of image view and text view from wrap content and set same width for both image view and text view.
