Header not fixed its move upward when soft keyboard appear in Android - android

I want to make a layout with fixed header when the keyboard appear.This layout works fine its fixed the header but also show the Title bar. The problem I'm facing is when i hide the Title bar and want to show the layout full screen the header move again when soft keyboard appear.

when I hide the title bar with
getWindow().setFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN, WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN);
or

the header moves again.
I also add the scrollview in the layout then the problem I'm facing is the header is fixed but the keyboard appear on the editbox and the list is not scroll.

ListView not scrolling.Just Listview

I have tried a lot of things but still not scrolling i added scrollbars even though it was not related. i tried to change focus but still no scrolling.

How to make a view not to scroll with soft input keyboard?

I have 2 layouts
Options layout: should scroll up with keyboard
Layout(linear2) shouldn’t scroll up with keyboard. (Keyboard should hide the particular layout , while scrolling it should be reachable)
'Options' layout working as expected. But the problem is with the layout(linear2) which also scrolls up with keyboard. How to fix it?

how to set a button at the bottom of a screen when the parent is a scroll view?

I have a scrollView (this is a solution to support landscape computability)
and in it one child- linearLayout.
I want to pose a button at the bottom of a screen.
layout_height = match_parent is problematic as the scroll can be infinite.
How can I do this, to be compatible to all screen resolution?

Not sure if there is a better solution, but you could put your scroll view inside a relative layout and have your button outside the scroll view and set android:layout_alignParentBottom="true" on the button

If you want to set the button at the bottom you need to implement your layout with weight.
First of all the scrollview can only have one child layout inside it.
Secondly add your content layout inside the child layout of it, set the layout_height to 0dp, and do remember to set the weight to 1.
And at last add your button at the bottom of your content layout and set its height and set the weight to be 0.

Putting ScrollView and bottom menu on the same view

The layout I'm trying to put ScrollView above of the menu at the bottom of the screen (which is just an <include> wrapped in <LinearLayout>.
Problem: ScrollView doesn't work (last elements of it cannot be shown on the screen and is show "below" the menu, which looks like there was no ScrollView at all) and I can't scroll through it.

ListView rows disappear when adding a RelativeLayout below a ListView

Here's a simplified version of the portrait UI I want from my layout:
It's a ListView above another layout.
The complication is that I want the whole bottom layout (in this case 'Button2') to be visible when lots of lines get added to the EditText:
I've been trying to achieve this by nesting a RelativeLayout inside a LinearLayout. Unfortunately, the ListView disappears when I get the effect I want with the EditText, e.g.

If I remove the android:layout_alignParentBottom="true" from the bottom_layout then the ListView contents appears, but then I lose the effect I want with the EditText.
