I have a Motorola Razr D3. I was thinking about the possibility of use my cell phone like a FM Transmissor, so i can send a music in FM waves to my Radio in my car. Is it possible? Exist any app for it?

Is it possible?
Only if your device has dedicated FM transmitter hardware or is a software-defined radio device. Statistically speaking, it is very unlikely that any device that you own meets one of those criteria.

Not all 4G devices support LTE-A, and manufacturers usually don't give clear information if it is supported by your model, hence I want to know if there is any way to test this.
Thanks.
For those who are new:
The LTE-Advanced is an extension of regular LTE, it uses 'Carrier Aggregation' technology & multiple antennas on both BTS & Mobile devices to pump in more data per instance, allowing at least 3 times faster LTE speeds.
Top networks around the world are testing / deploying LTE-A in major cities, with speeds crossing 42 Mbps in real scenarios.

My friend cracked his display, and needs his IMEI number. He can't use his phone at all, so he can't turn on USB debugging from the device. Also, it is not rooted.
He never made (or doesn't remember) a Google-account on his Oneplus X, so he can't check his IMEI from the dashboard by Google.
Is it still possible to take over his phone from the PC, and dial-up the IMEI number on screen? His display still works, but not the touchscreen.
Each device has a recovery or fastboot mode, which normally can be used with only hardware buttons. Most devices display the IMEI there.

I would like to display my Android device's screen on my mac for a presentation. I don't care if I have to use a USB cable or wifi. What is the best way to do this?
Droid#Screen might work for you. I've never used it on a Mac but it's just a jar so it should work.

I would like to enable mouse and\or touch input on a secondary display on Android.
Is it possible? It seems like secondary display is only targeted for presentations on HDMI or WiFi Displays where touchscreen doesn't normally exist.
However I don't see why I shouldn't be allowed to plug in mouse and allow it to move from primary display to secondary one. Or have the mouse exclusively on a secondary monitor.

In android, is it possible to limit the the number of the devices that are connected to the phone via tethering?
The limit by the OS is 10 , is there a way we can reduce this value through an app ??
Or is there a way to restrict the bandwidth of the tethered connections?
thanks in advance
No and no, respectively. A custom build of the OS, installed via a modded ROM, presumably can do this.
Yes, you can by using third party Apps like WiFi Tether for Root Users. This apps will allow you to select which devices can use your mobile-data connection.
