Fragment layout in navigation drawer Android application

I'm new to Android application and have just started learning. I'm writing an application using Navigation drawer and fragments
It was working fine with layout but with Fragment the content is hidden inside navigation top bar
Expected Display is like to be

Add this in your FrameLayout.
app:layout_behavior="#string/appbar_scrolling_view_behavior"
and this too.

Add topMargin in your Framelayout:

Put a relative layout inside the coordinator layout and add rule to your frame layout that it should be below appBarLayout something like below :

You probably should wrap your framLayout inside a NestedSCrollView (not necessary though).
The trick is this line :
app:layout_behavior="#string/appbar_scrolling_view_behavior"
The CoordinatorLayout's children will behave differently if you give them a
Behavior.

content_client_main_page contains just a relative layout.
I want the navigation view to be below app bar layout but still it is colloiding with the appbarlayout.
I have even mentioned margin top in navagtion view but still it is colloiding. How can I be able to sort this out?

According to the guidelines that is how it is supposed to work: guidelines
You can move your AppBarLayout outside the DrawerLayout and it should work, but then you will break your CoordinatorLayout functionality

Navigation Drawer Fragment cut off at top

I'm using the Navigation Drawer Template on android and I'm also using fragments. Whenever there is a fragment, the action cuts off the fragment's top. I haven't changed the default code other than adding in the fragment. How do you get the fragment to load below the action bar?

The FrameLayout needs to be below the Toolbar, and inside the CoordinatorLayout. Try to restructure like so.
Include the "main contents" in the DrawerLayout. Then add the FrameLayout after the AppBarLayout (or include other views if Fragments aren't needed).
The secret line that "pushes" down the FrameLayout is this line

Put the FrameLayout inside the CoordinatorLayout, after the AppBarLayout.
EDIT: Try removing the android:fitsSystemWindows=true.

Setting android:fitsSystemWindows to false instead of removing it did the trick for me. Thx amitairos for the hint ;).

Why android toolbar height is cut?

Change your toolbar XML this way:

Notice that minHeight disallows smaller sizes, and the wrap_content height now allows bigger toolbars.

I've had the similiar problem, it's working on real devices by the way.
And, Try to use

inside your DrawerLayout with that Toolbar inside the AppBarLayout

To add a navigation drawer, declare your user interface with a
DrawerLayout object as the root view of your layout. Inside the
DrawerLayout, add one view that contains the main content for the
screen (your primary layout when the drawer is hidden) and another
view that contains the contents of the navigation drawer.
And, use NavigationView instead of that ListView.

Toolbar not hiding on RecyclerView scroll

I'm trying to make the Toolbar in my app hide and show based on the RecyclerView's scrolling. This gif shows what I'm trying to achieve.
I'm following this tutorial and not getting the results I'm looking for. Here is my activity's layout:

When I run this code, the Toolbar completely disappears. What's wrong?

If your RecyclerView is inside of a fragment try putting the following code in the root view of the fragment layout: app:layout_behavior="#string/appbar_scrolling_view_behavior". The view that contains that must be a direct child of the CoordinatorLayout

As #orrett3 described just add this line
app:layout_behavior="#string/appbar_scrolling_view_behavior"
to your container FrameLayout like this

I assumed the RecyclerView is a child of this container.

You need to do 2 actions:
remove from toolbar xml this line:
app:layout_scrollFlags="scroll|enterAlways"
As other answers, add this line to layout that wrap your fragment's
(in your case it's frame layout)
app:layout_behavior="#string/appbar_scrolling_view_behavior"
