How to not completely collapse CollapsingToolbarLayout programmatically?

I have CollapsingToolbarLayout in AppBarLayout. Inside CollapsingToolbarLayout i have Toolbar with app:layout_collapseMode="pin".
And I have RecyclerView. And when I scroll RecyclerView my CollapsingToolbarLayout at first collapse to size of Toolbar. Then it collapse completely.
To show behavior I made gif:
And I have 3 states of CollapsingToolbarLayout:
1) Completely expanded
2) Collapsed to toolbar size
3) Completely Collapsed
If I use method setExpanded of CollapsingToolbarLayout i can Completely Collapsed and Completely Expanded state.
And I wonder how to programmatically collapse CollapsingToolbarLayout to toolbar size (I show it in screenshot Collapsed to toolbar size).

Viewpager inside CoordinatorLayout not scrolling the Collapsing toolbar

I am trying to implement the parallax effect with for my layout.
It works, however I need one more thing.

This works fine, however I am only able to scroll/collapse toolber while swiping the header ImageView (image_view_tab_header). When I try to swipe up inside the ViewPager it doesn't collapse toolbar. Only when I try to swipe up inside the header itself.
How can I enable collapsing of toolbar when swiping inside the viewpager ?

Try the following by including ViewPager inside NestedScrollView

Android collapsible toolbar not working

I'm trying to make a collapsible toolbar in android. I want the image to collapse when the user scrolls.

I've even tried to use android.support.v4.widget.NestedScrollView instead of ScrollView but it didn't work either.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong ???

Change the height of NestedScrollView to Wrap_content instead of match_parent, it is occupyig entire screen. Hope that works for you.

Back button not shown on collapsed state in CollapsingToolbarLayout

I have a CollapsingToolbarLayout It displays the back button on the expanded state, but not showing on the collapsed state.
I tried setNavigationIcon() on the Toolbar but it sets for the expanded state.
