I'm new to Wikitudea and I'm trying to get it on the last version of Android Studio and I'm stuck… I followed the instructions of wikitude's video “Set-up Guide. Android Javascript API” and I get these error messages:
on Gradle sync:
…//WikitudeSDK_Android_5-1-4_2016-03-14_14-50-48/Examples/SDKExamples/build.gradle
Error:(16, 0)
Gradle DSL method not found: 'android()'
Possible causes:
-The project 'SDKExamples' may be using a version of Gradle that does not contain the method.
-The build file may be missing a Gradle plugin.
on Gradle build:
Error:(16, 1) A problem occurred evaluating root project 'SDKExamples'.
Could not find method android() for arguments [build_9gtn2gg2nuca14amc9jhql4mv$_run_closure2#7fd77467] on root project 'SDKExamples'.
Could you please help me? I don't know what to do...

I try to clone my teammate project, i did yarn install and run android but when the process is done, i found an error said:
A problem occurred evaluating project ':#mauron85_react-native-background-geolocation-common'
Other explanation are:
Failed to apply plugin [id 'com.android.internal.library']
The option 'android.enableUnitTestBinaryResources' is deprecated.
The current default is 'false'.
It has been removed from the current version of the Android Gradle plugin.
The raw resource for unit test functionality is removed.
We still want to use this dependecy because it requires on our project, my React Native version is 0.61.5
is there any solution regarding this problem?
Add the following line in gradle.properties in android folder.
android.enableUnitTestBinaryResources=false
I'm building android project with:
Android Gradle plugin v. :4.1.0-alpha10
Gradle version: 6.5-rc-1
and getting this error:
Could not resolve all dependencies for configuration ':app:debugRuntimeClasspath'.
Could not create task ':app:extractDeepLinksDebug'.
Cannot obtain value from provider of environment variable 'ANDROID_AAPT_IGNORE' at configuration time.
Use a provider returned by 'forUseAtConfigurationTime()' instead.
I started getting this error when i updated Gradle version
Now after I downgrade to last to 6.5-milestone-1 it gives me another error:
Unsupported method: AndroidArtifact.getBuildConfigFields().
The version of Gradle you connect to does not support that method.
To resolve the problem you can change/upgrade the target version of Gradle you connect to.
Alternatively, you can ignore this exception and read other information from the model.
Now i cannot build my project with any version.
I am pretty new to Android Studio.
I have converted my Eclipse project to Android Studio successfully. everything worked fine, until today I updated my SDK and suddenly it started giving me error

Today I have updated my Android Studio and I keep getting this error no matter what I do. I imported a project from github everything was running smoothly until I updated now I keep getting this error:
Error:(31, 0) Gradle DSL method not found: 'jniDebugBuild()'
Possible causes:The project 'my_application' may be using a version of Gradle that does not contain the method.
Open Gradle wrapper fileThe build file may be missing a Gradle plugin.
Apply Gradle plugin
Can anyone help out?
The name of this property has changed in v0.14.0 and later of the Android Gradle plugin, so build files created for earlier versions need to be updated. Look through all the build.gradle files in the project, and when you see jniDebugBuild, change it to jniDebuggable.
You may run into other things that need to be renamed; the list of remappings is in the release notes at http://tools.android.com/tech-docs/new-build-system.
