how to view normal video in cardboard like youtube - android

I have an app that plays normal and VR videos. My app has two players to play both types. In my VrVideoView there is a button that makes video play in stereo mode.
My question is: how can I view normal videos in Cardboard just like the YouTube app?

How to create dual view for Youtube in Android VR app?

I want to create an app that allows you to watch regular Youtube videos in a VR headset (that's normal videos, not VR 360 videos).
Does anyone know how to embed two youtube viewers in the same activity, playing the same video to create the stereoscopic views for a VR type app?
It doesn't seem you can do with with the Youtube Android API as it only lets you play one Youtube viewer at a time.
It's definitely possible, as this app shows ...

Thanks in advance.
As stated by #Tempus, you can use the Google Cardboard which lets you experience virtual reality in a simple and fun way. With Cardboard and the YouTube mobile app, you can even watch 360 degree videos for an immersive experience.
Also, you can check this documentation on how to embed VR view.
VR View sample code:
There are two sample apps which demonstrate the VR View functionality in the SDK: simplepanowidget and simplevideowidget. Both of these samples are single activity applications that display an embedded panoramic image or video using VrPanoramaView and VrVideoView, respectively.

Can we play 360 video using GvrView of google VR android sdk?

By using VrVideoView we can play 360 video but my issue is that, we cannot put video controller such as (Previous,Next,Play,Pause) in Bi-rectangular View. So how we can add this controller in VrVideoView (If we can). And I found that we cannot play 360 video using GvrView. So i just want to add video controller in 360 video in Bi-rectangular view.

How can I play each type of video in a view in android

I am working on an android application and my application is having a functionality to upload multiple type of videos in app. The videos can be from any sources like Youtube, Vimeo or can be uploaded from device. So, I want to play each type of videos in my application whether they are uploaded from any type of resources.
If I use VideoView, it supports only some of the extensions and it can't play youtube and viemo uploaded videos as well. I have to use Webview to play youtube and vimeo videos.
Is there any view which can play all type of videos or can someone help me in creating a video player view which can play each type of video.
I don't have much idea about videoview, please help me if anyone know about this so that I can create a view which can play all type if video formats.
Thanks a lot in advanced.
There seems no universal video player for all video sources/types.
The Android built-in VideoView can play rtsp and HLS streams, take a look at Android: How to play RTSP or HLS video streams
To play rtmp video streams in Android, you can use a number of libraries such as Vitamio: refer to Android: How to play RTMP video streams
The VideoView used to be able to play youtube videos, but now you cannot. You need to use YouTube Android Player API now. Refer to Android development: Play Youtube video in your app, “Can’t play this video” and troubleshooting instead.

Playing spherical videos using YouTube Android API

Is it possible to play spherical youtube videos using YouTube Android API?
When I tried it just renders spherical video on flat surface like normal video.

Youtube Video played in Android VideoView show "Youtube is upgrading to a newer version" video instead?

I have follow the How to play Youtube videos in Android Video View? and get VideoView to view YouTube video playing through the extracted RTSP.
However it doesn't play the original video, but play a message video as per the attached picture. Why is this happening? How could I access the original YouTube video to play?
Or is there another better way of playing with YouTube Video in the VideoView?
Thanks.
