Traversing from fragment to fragment BottomNavigationView icon highlight - android

i am trying to implement a BottomNavigationView, been successful so far. Currently trying to implement the fragment to fragment movement, which is also successful, but somehow when i move from one fragment[radio] to another[stream] the navigationbar is supposed to highlight the icon[stream] but its not happening is there a way i can set the highlight properties through the fragment itself ?

FragmentManager fragmentManager = getActivity().getSupportFragmentManager();
FragmentTransaction fragmentTransaction = fragmentManager.beginTransaction();

fragmentTransaction.addToBackStack(null);
fragmentTransaction.commit();
This will simply push StreamFragment in main_container framelayout without notify bottomNavigationView.
Here

view.performClick();
This line will programmatically perform click on nav_button_two in bottomNavigationView.. then all event will handle by bottomNavigationView .. Then it will highlight the stream icon.

Why the fragment only shows on create and after tab switch?

So, in the current state, I can see the fragment inside, showing when I boot up the virtual phone; however, as soon as I switch to different fragment, from my drawer, and switch back again into the fragment, with the tableLayout, its shows nothing! Plus, switching between the tabs does seem to fix it.

Found the problem, I used getFragmentManager() instead of getChildFragmentManager()

fragment into other fragment

I'm working in an app. I have an activity where I have my menu, I select the options and instance a new fragment, it depends of the option of course. But now I have to create a image swiper inside the fragment (StudyFragment is named)...I don't know how.
I saw some tutorials about how to create it with card view but I don't understand how to use it in my app.

Android: How to REPLACE or OVERLAY fragments when a FragmentPagerAdapter is used

I have an app with three tabs which I control with an FragmentPagerAdapter. Now I want to jump between those tabs when I click on a TextView of one fragment (the fragment with the TextView should be replaced with the destination fragment). And when i click on a Button another Fragment should be overlayed above this fragment with the Button.
I know that those are two different things but I also know that I have to use FragmentTransaction but I can't figure out how to do it.

I didn't understand if that actually what you trying to do but as i understood if you want the TextView moves automatically in one line to show the rest of it make this:

android:focusableInTouchMode="true"

and in code after defining it's view make this:
textView.setChecked(true);

Different when write function in onCreateView and method in class extends from Fragment

In Main class, I declare a StartActivity type variable.StartActivity fragment1 = new StartActivity();
Here is StartActivity class. I call drawTab() method on onCreateView. And It runs OK.

However, it don't need so. I want when I declare a StartActivity type variable StartActivity fragment1 = new StartActivity();
it doesn't call drawTab() method. It only called, when I call:
fragment1.drawTab(). And I tried remove drawTab() method on onCreateView
And in Main class I have:
StartActivity fragment1 = new StartActivity();
fragment1.drawTab();
However ERROR happens. I dont know reason. What is different? I think error happens when I call: actionbar = getActivity().getActionBar(); on drawTab() not onCreateView
help me solve problem? Thanks you!
