while sending array from android to server 1st element sets at server side 0 value but in android it sets correct value what is the solution

After submitting attendance, values of array of srid and admid retrive at server correctly ,problem is that only first record's srid and admid sets to '0' value.There is no problem when same Api is fetch on postman.

My app crashes when there is no value in my JSON

I'm posting "id" value (which i pass to this activity via getintent)

This looks problematic.
Datas.imageIds = new String[response.length()];
You don't want an array with the size of the string. You want an array of the size of the JSONArray within the response.

However, your code is going to continue on if an exception is thrown there, then you'll end up with a NullPointerException, so you should move the for-loop into the try-catch as well.
Realistically, though, you should just use a JSONArrayRequest if you're going to be expecting a JSONArray.

You are using StringRequest, instead of that use JsonArrayRequest to make request as below, so you will get response in onResponse methode when there is a valid JSONArray in response, and if there is no data then you will get response in onError method

Load Images into listView Using SimpleAdapter

How to get position of listitem using setonitemclicklistener and send to next activity

On the Intent you create on the list item click listener you should add all variables you need.
In your case add
intent.putExtra("position", position);
In your DispatchTracking Activity use
int position = getIntent().getExtras().getInt("position");

Just you need to pass your HashMap Arraylist to next Activity. Like,
intent.putExtra("myList",arraylist_oper);
and in your next Activity just retrieve as
Intent intent = getIntent();
ArrayList<HashMap<String,String>> mylist = (ArrayList<HashMap<String, String>>)intent.getSerializableExtra("myList");
EDIT :
You need to pass your qrCode too next Activity
intent.putExtra("qrcodes", arraylist_oper.get(position).get("qrcode")));
Now retrieve in next activity as
String qrCode = intent.getStringExtra("qrcodes");
Now check your retrivable arraylist in your second activity using For loop.

Stop creating fragmnet view until i have parsed all data from Json.

I receive a null pointer exeception when trying to populate the interface beacuse I have no data in my instance object.
I am using a login button and call a service, i receive a json and after I parse it i have a status handler...login ok... Here I want to start an asynk task to get some photo data
