Module not specified in Android Studio 3.0.1

Just migrated to Android Studio 3. When I was tying to embed a unity app within android using this I keep running to module not specified error.
Note that this procedure used to work just fine before I migrated to Android Studio 3.
apply plugin: com.android.application
android {
compileSdkVersion 26
buildToolsVersion '26.0.2'
defaultConfig {
applicationId "yenettaapp.beblocky"
minSdkVersion 24
targetSdkVersion 26
versionCode 1
versionName "1.0"
testInstrumentationRunner "android.support.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner"
}
buildTypes {
release {
minifyEnabled false
proguardFiles getDefaultProguardFile('proguard-android.txt'), 'proguard-rules.pro'

cannot resolve symbol FirebaseUser

I am just starting to work with firebase backend applications and i have an issue that says cannot resolve symbol 'FirebaseUser' when i try to import it in to my project with:
import com.google.firebase.auth.FirebaseUser;
I have looked in to stackoverflow topics that are similar to this and most say to check my gradle compile lines which i did and they are all up to date.
here is my gradle build file (maybe i am missing something)
apply plugin: 'com.android.application'
android {
compileSdkVersion 26
buildToolsVersion "26.0.2"
defaultConfig {
applicationId "com.example.ljubisa.myfirstfirebaseapp"
minSdkVersion 16
targetSdkVersion 26
versionCode 1
versionName "1.0"
testInstrumentationRunner "android.support.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner"
}
buildTypes {
release {
minifyEnabled false
proguardFiles getDefaultProguardFile('proguard-android.txt'), 'proguard-rules.pro'
}
}
}
dependencies {
compile fileTree(dir: 'libs', include: ['*.jar'])
androidTestCompile('com.android.support.test.espresso:espresso-core:2.2.2', {
exclude group: 'com.android.support', module: 'support-annotations'
})
compile 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:26.+'
compile 'com.android.support:design:26.+'
compile 'com.android.support.constraint:constraint-layout:1.0.2'
compile 'com.google.firebase:firebase-database:10.0.1'
compile 'com.google.firebase:firebase-auth:9.2.1'
compile 'com.google.firebase:firebase-messaging:9.4.0'
compile 'com.firebase:firebase-client-android:2.5.2+'
testCompile 'junit:junit:4.12'
}
apply plugin: 'com.google.gms.google-services'

I am getting following error while building gradle

Error:Execution failed for task ':app:processDebugGoogleServices'.
Please fix the version conflict either by updating the version of the google-services plugin (information about the latest version is available at https://bintray.com/android/android-tools/com.google.gms.google-services/) or updating the version of com.google.android.gms to 11.8.0.

Did you add classpath in your app gradle?
classpath 'com.google.gms:google-services:3.0.0'

compile 'com.android.support.constraint:constraint-layout:1.0.0-alpha7' not resolve

this code of my build.gradle(moudule app)
apply plugin: 'com.android.application'
android {
compileSdkVersion 25
buildToolsVersion "25.0.3"
defaultConfig {
applicationId "com.example.hn.myapplication"
minSdkVersion 14
targetSdkVersion 25
versionCode 1
versionName "1.0"
testInstrumentationRunner "android.support.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner"
}

proguardFiles getDefaultProguardFile('proguard-android.txt'), 'proguard-rules.pro'
}
}
}

compile fileTree(dir: 'libs', include: ['*.jar'])
androidTestCompile('com.android.support.test.espresso:espresso-core:2.2.2', {
exclude group: 'com.android.support', module: 'support-annotations'
})
//compile 'com.android.support.constraint:constraint-layout:1.0.2'
compile 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:25.+'
compile 'com.android.support:recyclerview-v7:25.+'
compile 'com.android.support:support-v4:25.+'
compile 'com.android.support:design:25.+'
//compile 'com.android.support.constraint:constraint-layout:1.0.0-alpha7'
compile 'com.android.support.constraint:constraint-layout:1.0.0'
testCompile 'junit:junit:4.12'
}
and this is my sdk tools.
I try compile 'com.android.support.constraint:constraint-layout:1.0.0-alpha7'
and compile 'com.android.support.constraint:constraint-layout:1.0.0'
and compile 'com.android.support.constraint:constraint-layout:1.+'
but not working. and error is
Failed to resolve: com.android.support.constraint:constraint-layout:1
who I solve this problem?
When I use compile 'com.android.support.constraint:constraint-layout:1.0.0-alpha7
this error done: install artifact and sync project
go to file -> setting -> sdk manager -> sdk tools -> then install google repository

PHONE_VERIFICATION_PROVIDER in Firebase AuthUI not woiking

Phone verification in my android application is not working. when i am adding AuthUI.PHONE_VERIFICATION_PROVIDER, the editor showing that cannot resolve symbol. Other verification method like Google or email are working fine.
Here is the screen-shot for this:
Here is Gradle:
apply plugin: 'com.android.application'
android {
compileSdkVersion 23
buildToolsVersion '25.0.2'
defaultConfig {
applicationId "com.example.nishant.kitchenbook"
minSdkVersion 21
targetSdkVersion 23
versionCode 1
versionName "1.0"
testInstrumentationRunner "android.support.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner"
}
buildTypes {
release {
minifyEnabled false
proguardFiles getDefaultProguardFile('proguard-android.txt'), 'proguard-rules.pro'
}
}
}
dependencies {
compile fileTree(include: ['*.jar'], dir: 'libs')
androidTestCompile('com.android.support.test.espresso:espresso-core:2.2.2', {
exclude group: 'com.android.support', module: 'support-annotations'
})
compile 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:23.4.0'
compile 'com.android.support:support-v4:23.4.0'
compile 'com.android.support:design:23.4.0'
compile 'com.google.firebase:firebase-database:10.0.1'
compile 'com.firebaseui:firebase-ui-auth:1.0.1'
compile 'com.android.support.constraint:constraint-layout:1.0.2'
testCompile 'junit:junit:4.12'
}
apply plugin: 'com.google.gms.google-services'
Upgrade your firebaseui version to the latest. Change compile 'com.firebaseui:firebase-ui-auth:1.0.1' to compile 'com.firebaseui:firebase-ui-auth:2.1.1'
