How to make long images fit in the CollapsibleToolbar - android

I am tying to add image in a Fragment with image at the top and parallax effect when scrolled down. I tried doing this using Collapsible Toolbar, but image is not filling up the Collapsible Toolbar, and parallax is not working.
I want something like this

Android Toolbar and Webview

I've got a Webview and a Toolbar. Without the Toolbar, the Webview is completely scollable, but when I add the Toolbar the the Webview doesn't scroll anymore. I've tried NestedScrollView but it just doesn't work. Here's the layout of my activity:

The Java code for the Toolbar simply creates the menu and the home button, while the webview simply loads an url (javascript is enabled).

android: Expandable listview going inside tablayout

i have a coordinator layout with collapsable toolbar and below it i have a tablayout and a viewpager and the viewpager contains an expandable listview. When the toolbar collapses the viewpager goes inside the tablayout even if i have specified margins. I have attached links to images below.

Parallax in ScrollingActivity android

How to set a CardView widget above an appBarLayout?

I'm trying to have a card widget starting above an appBarLayout, and continuing above the white background that follows. Above this card I need to have and ImageView (at the top-center), and two floating buttons (at the bottom-right). Half of those elements are on the card, the other half is out.
My issues are : i have no shadows below my card, and the buttons are cut in half.

Finally figured it out, i had to use CoordinatorLayout instead of FrameLayout.
Everything works good now, appart from the fact that my FAB shadows are cut in an abrupt way, following the square shape of the original android view.
If anyone as an idea i'm interested :-).
