download video file using webview - android

i am trying to download video file using web view on click button when i click on button it start download but when i check on file manager there is nothing inside it. this is my url http://segoma.com/v.php?type=view&id=U5K8Q4F6DD which i have to download video. so help me to solve this issue.
i have also check many ways using webview download but doesn't help me.

You download video in the location you set yourself in this line:
.setDestinationInExternalPublicDir("/abc", stone_barcodeno + "_certi" + ".jpg");
if you can't find this directory(abc) set location to a place that are familiar to you such as download folder or use getUriForDownloadedFile to get your downloaded file directory. for more info go to [this page](https://developer.android.com/reference/android/app/DownloadManager.Request.html#setDestinationInExternalFilesDir(android.content.Context, java.lang.String, java.lang.String)).

without turn on location not showing current location in android

Hi in the below code am setting current location to my application.If it is turn on the location by manually it was showing current location.
If am not turn it on it was showing nothing in my map.
But i want to display the permission to turn on location and have written the code but it is not working .

google map in fragment not moving to current location using fused location api

i want to display current location on map, my map is in fragment and i'm using fused location provider in non activity class, but i'm not getting current location when the map is loaded, it is giving me current location only if i press mylocation button, but i want that when map is loaded it should show my current location not the world map.

How to calculate accurate distance travelled by the user using google maps?

I am having two doubts because today only i started doing projects on google maps my first doubt is
How to calculate distance traveled by user when using google maps ?
like how taxi app is calculating the distance, now let me explain my problem in depth regarding this question i have checkin and check out button in map when user click the checkin button i will take that exact lat and long of that user when user checkout i will fetch the lat and long from where he checked out, after i will send this source latlong and destination latlong to google api this will return the kilometer. But what i need is wherever he traveled he may traveled extra bit of kilometer i need to calculate that also how can i do that.
My second doubt is my google maps taking long time to plot the blue mark in my map it shows searching for gps in notification bar how can i achieve this ?

This worked for me:
Capture the latitude and longitude at regular intervals and store. Calculate and sum the distance between each stored value.

How to get user's current location in Android

I want to fetch user's current lat long on click of a button. I know that you can get the last known location using FusedLocationApi. But what I am not able to understand is, gps or location services needs to be turned on for this? If yes, how to check that the user has turned on location and get the current location. Also, how to include marshmallow permission checks in getting the location.
I have already referred:
