Changing from one view to another view onScroll

I am working a project. I have a a layout with a view at top and a Scrollview at the bottom of the view. Initially the layout will look like this.
After I scroll up the bottom layout. The view should smoothly change the the below view. And if I scroll down the view should come back to its previous layout.
As you can see there is a change in the position and size of the textviews. How can I achieve this ?

As it is not my code, I don't know why there is the need for these two files, so if someone know exactly why... I would love to know.

Why scrolling stops at collapsed toolbar when scrolling up? (Not expanding to show image)

As I explained on the title, if I scroll from the bottom to top fastly with removing my finger immediately after pulling down, scrolling stops at collapsed toolbar. I want it to expand. If I pull smootly the nestedscrollview, there is no problem, toolbar expands properly.
I have recycler view in nestedscrollview.

After I tried a lot with overriding AppBarLayout.Behavior in another stackoverflow answer,
I have found a library that resolves my problem. ( smooth-app-bar-layout
)
There are 3 steps in usage. Be careful about the 3rd step. You should put nestedscrollview above the smoothappbarlayout below the coordinatorlayout.

Fab gets focus only sometimes

I have a problem testing the focusability of my App with D-pad. Here there are two screenshots of my App:
In the picture of the left side, the fab is "outside(or below)" the list and after the last element it gets the focus when navigating down, so everything is ok in this case. The problem comes with the image of the right side. The fab is "inside" the listView and for that reason(I think but I'am not sure) it doesn't get ever the focus. Is there anything that can be done about it?
An enhacement would be that the fab would get the focus always before the list(that is immediately after the tabs), no matter where the fab is positioned at the momment in the layout, but the problem is that I don't know how to do it, since Android decides the focus order of my Layout.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

You can create a separate Layout and put your fab there. This will force that part to always be seen.
For example

CollapsingToolbarLayout not collapsing when scrolling with RecyclerView

I am using a CollapsingToolbarLayout for a collapsing tool bar and it works for the most part. When you start scrolling on any part of the page besides the RecyclerView it will scroll fine and the toolbar will collapse like it should. However when you do start scrolling on the RecyclerView it doesn't collapse the tool bar and doesn't look the best.
I've tried a lot of different solutions I've found online and none have seemed to help. I'm using appcompat-v7:23.2.1. Here's what the layout file looks like:

For the RecyclerView, I set it to have a LinearLayoutManager and to my custom adapter. Any help would be great, it's been a couple weeks and I still haven't been able to figure this out.
Edit: It appears to only happen when scrolling up. If the tool bar is collapsed and I scroll down, it does expand like it should. However, as before, when scrolling up it doesn't seem to work.
