How to fix a view on the top of the layout and make collapse rest of layout?

I want to design a layout like blew application.I want to fix a VideoView on top of my layout and rest of layout behave collapsing state. I write this code but I did not get the result.

How can I change this to achieve this effect?

Instead LinearLayout for offset just use View.
Move CircleImageViewFAB(avatar) and View(offset) in CollapsingToolbarLayout after imageView(background) but before Toolbar

Nested Scrollview not perfectly working

The problem is when I scroll after toolbar collapses and the imagevie is hidden the contents inside the cardview are getting scrolled but not completely getting scrolled until the last.

Nested Scrollview + Recycler View

I have a layout which has a collapsable image view, along with the GridView in the layout, and many more things in the UI . But the screen is scrolling upto the image scroll, that is it scrolls up only till the header image is not visible. After that it neither scrolls.
How can I solve that ?

View doesnt show all the items

So, I have a layout with CardView for some things. When i try to add listview to one of those CardViews, it just shows one item. I checked in other activities, it is showing all the items that need to be shown, but for this one it doesnt. I know it has to do something with layout height and dimensions, but I cant figure. Here is the xml:
