I am getting the error: "Unresolved reference: Interpreter" for the line

I'm trying to use the new Navigation Architecture Component for android and I'm getting the error

when I'm defining the lifecycle_version to "1.1.1"
I'm basically just copying and pasting what is in the documentation so I'm running out of ideas of what is wrong in here :(

it seems to be that the repository was emptied somehow. Hence, you can not download it from the repository.

When it shows you this error add this code to section build.gradle

Error implementing Material Design in Android

I've been reading over the new material design website but I'm having an issue implementing it.
The application I'm currently working in is a simple test applications with nothing more than a button and some textviews.
The problem comes after placing implementation 'com.google.android.material:material:1.0.0-alpha1' in the gradle file.

I've got 4 errors,
error: resource android:attr/dialogCornerRadius not found.
error: resource android:attr/fontVariationSettings not found.
error: resource android:attr/ttcIndex not found.
error: failed linking references.
I have included the maven in the project gradle file like stated in the documentation.

Try this
change compileSdkVersion and Support Libraries version
compileSdkVersion 'android-P'
Support Libraries to '28.0.0-alpha1'
and use
api 'com.android.support:design:28.0.0-alpha1'

Set compileSdkVersion as 'android-P'.Match the support library with the compileSdkVersion. For instance, implementation 'com.android.support:support-v4:28.0.0-alpha1' instead of implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:27.1.1'.
Replace implementation 'com.google.android.material:material:1.0.0-alpha1' with api 'com.android.support:design:28.0.0-alpha1'.

Error in using ArthurHub image crop library with kotlin

I am using ArthurHub image crop library in my project. but this error occurs
