Problem while submitting app update on google play store

i have an app on play store and when i submitted an update i got an email that it has been rejected due to policy violation because of an issue with the ads of the app. I fixed the issue and uploaded a new update yet after 8 days both versions are showing "in review".There is not a mention of the issue on the google play console or a way to cancel that version and keep only the new one from what i see. Any ideas how to solve this issue? Its an app bundle made with flutter.
In review means that google is checking it for something, maybe malware, maybe breaking the google policy etc. Its best if you contact google and ask why.

What happens if I don't update the Google Play Services?

So I'm working in an app I didn't started and there's this "google play services check". In the last version I uploaded (with some minor bug fixes not related with the google play services check), the app asks to update the play services, this doesn't happens in latests versions of the app, only in the last one, regardless the device. Anyone could tell what can be the cause of this? And, what happens if I decide to not update the play services? Does some service stop working?
PS: I would like to remark that NOTHING related to the google play services check has been changed, NOTHING.

Google Play Store "Error retrieving information from server [DF-AA-09]" on purchase

We started seeing this error from the play store when clicking on purchase -
We could not find a way to reproduce this error but users started seeing them recently. I could not find it on the list of known errors.
There are similar error codes like 'DF-DFERH-01' or 'DF-SA-01' which are solved by clearing the play services cache data or by removing the store account and adding it back. These methods did not solve the issue in the case of 'DF-AA-09' error.
We started seeing this error starting June 8th on the new version of google play store (11.0.55 or 11.0.56).
Anyone know what 'DF-AA-09' error means and how to reproduce and solve it?
You may refer with this General Fix for Google Play Services Error Message.
Empty Cache
Reset the App Preference
Add your Google Account Once Again
Reinstall Google Play Services
Clear the Cache under Google Framework Services
If none of this works, you should consider filing a report.
I asked about it in google play forum and this is the answer I got -
Your app users might encounter such errors when there is an issue with the purchase flow or the payment methods they are using. Forcing the Play Store app to stop and clearing the cache/data of Play Store app should help in such instances.
However, if their payment is declined, can't be processed, or is listed as "not eligible," trying the troubleshooting steps from the following help center article could help them fix payment issues on their accounts.

Firebase for Play Services below 9

The Background
My app is heavily dependent on Firebase. I use most of the services like Authentication, Realtime database, Storage, Analytics, Crash Reporting and more.
Everything works fine so far, but I have a doubt regarding a particular scenario.
The Problem
As Firebase was introduced in Play Services 9, what will happen to those devices who have still not updated to Play Services 9.
How will my app work on those devices as my app is heavily dependent on Firebase?
How does Firebase cater to the scenario of backporting?
Or should the developers some how check the version of Play Services and request the user to update?
How will my app work on those devices as my app is heavily dependent on Firebase?
When installing the application, it will prompt them a message saying that this app requires a higher version of Play Services. So it will work properly.
How does Firebase cater to the scenario of backporting?
Firebase needs a minimum API of 9. If the device doesn't support anything that's missing from the device, it will simply tell them, so you don't have to worry.
Or should the developers some how check the version of Play Services and request the user to update?
NO, Android does this for you.
i have edited my answer to make things a bit more clear
1. How will my app work on those devices as my app is heavily dependent on Firebase?
Android automatically checks for the play services version that is currently installed in the user's device and prompts the user to update to the play services version that the application was built with Firebase.
2. How does Firebase cater to the scenario of backporting?
Firebase explicitly outlines the latest version of play services as a prerequisite for building with it, there is no information on the docs about back porting so I don't think it is possible at the moment.
3. Or should the developers some how check the version of Play Services and request the user to update?
I wouldn't recommend this as Android already checks and pops up a play services error. However it is quite possible to check the version of play services and request the user to first update it in order to use your application, more info on this can be found on this link isGooglePlayServicesAvailable(Context)

Google Analytics with already published app on Google play

Can Somebody guide me that is it possible to integrate Google Analytics with already published Android apps on Google play?
Because I have tried creating an account on Google analytics and then I connected Google developer account with it. At Google analytics I
created an admin account.
created a property.
created a user view.
integrate it with one of my already published app.
But even after 24 hours I can see nothing on Google analytics.
So Is it really the only way to write trackers in code before launching it? But as I got to some point by connecting app to analytics I think there might be a way to do so with already published apps.
I have done with iOS app, I missed in first version and then later added. It works properly. Just check time graph, there it will display always a day you can change date and can check.
To enable Analytics in your app you need to link the app to Google Play Services and initialize Google Analytics following the developer guide:
https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/android/v4/#setup-overview
Unfortunately, this can not be done after you have shipped your app. It requires app update.
