Imported SVG from Inkscape isn't rendering - android
A SVG imported from Inkscape doesn't render in Android Studio. I'm not sure how to begin to trouble shoot this. Is there any in the xml code that gives a hint as to why?

Are there any tips one would be willing to give to help with trouble shooting? Is there anything I could do in inkcape to ensure the file renders in Android Studio?
Looks like it is not well formed, there are lots of negative coords.

Animated SVG file not animating
I have an animated .SVG that animates perfectly in the browser, but when I import it into Andoroid Studio via the Vector Asset Studio, it turns it into a flat, monochrome image that doesn't animate. How do I keep Android Studio from breaking the file? Animated vector drawable like Temple run chest
I'm trying to implement the Temple run like treasure chest open and close effect for gained coins or loyalty. What I have in mind is to use an animated vector but I can't seem to get a good grip on how to do it. Also I'm getting an error when trying it on SDK less than 21. I can see it in activity_auth layout.
Solution 1:
For using VectorDrawable from java or to use it as background (in xml also) you need to intimate AppCompatDelegate to enable compat vector from resource. Below is the code for that.

Whenever you are going to use VectorDrawable from java or to use it as background (in xml also) remember to use AppCompatView instead of normal view, here I have used AppCompatImageView
try like below. replace app:srcCompat="#drawable/rocketv" with android:src="#drawable/rocketv" <ImageView android:id="#+id/authorization_icon" android:layout_width="120dp" android:layout_height="120dp" android:layout_gravity="center_horizontal" android:layout_marginTop="#dimen/authorization_icon_margin" android:layout_marginBottom="#dimen/authorization_icon_margin" android:src="#drawable/rocketv"/>
