Make rtl Design of Fragment - android

I have a problem in my fragment design.Layout's component are rtl and desirable in the android studio environment.But when I run my application on my device,they become ltr. I put my xml code and Two image of design.

the attribute android:layoutDirection in LinearLayout default is ltr in android studio, but in real device attribiute set by direction of your mobile language.

i displayed this content by depend on viewHolder and it;s worked fine
but i can't scroll inside the recycleView..
how i can scroll inside it ?
is that possibole?

If remove NestedScrollView from your container.xml is no working , may be add it to your recyclerView layout , here is my project if i want to scroll inside the recyclerView:

In your case , remove NestedScrollView on container.xml , add it on recyclerView layout:

XML design not showing in fullscreen - Android

Here in above screen shot it just looking fine and full screen only on my Eclips(Graphic Layout), but when i run it on my real device , then it show padding from top Right and Left as below screenshot. i just want it should same display on my real device as display above in (Graphic layout)

You're missing padding/margins in one of the containers: ListView/RecyclerView, fragment layout, activity layout,please remove padding from listviews layout

I am not into providing the exact codes, but your xml layout needs to be modified a lot. Too much nesting of LinearLayouts (do avoid that next time). I think you also missed putting the actual TextViews. But I think if you modify the xml below, you'll get your desired behavior.

The problem with my layout is that,
The linearlayout of id last is not fully visible.
I tried to encapsulate the entire layout within scrollview but if i do so , the second view pager is not getting visible. Is there any alternative to overcome this scenario?

Bottom bar hides the scrollview content

Below code has a bottom bar with two buttons which is fixed and not scrollable.
Above bottom bar the layout is scrollable. But the bottom content in the ScrollView hides behind the bottom bar.
I tried changing the parent layout which was not fixing the issue.
I don't know where I am wrong. Any help would be really thankfull.

Remove whole of the first LinearLayout
Add the below line to your ScrollView
android:layout_above="#+id/bottom_bar"
This makes sure that your ScrollView ends before the bottom bar so theres no overlapping.
