How to Set a Button at a fixed position even when respective Activity has ScrollView

Is there a way to use some non scrollable view when the activity has ScrollView component?
I want that my button behaves similar to the button in the question below, I want it fixed on the bottom of the UI too:

The link you have attached in your question shows how you can do it. You can use RelativeLayout for this. The idea is, you need to tell a button to stay on bottom of the screen & tell the scrollview to stay above the Button along with it's scrollable content like:

how can i get a image background with white contain space on it as shown below in screenshot

Here you can see that there is a background and above it there is a white layer on which contain are given. screenshot is of a website but i want to give that effect on my app. any help will be of great use.

Just use a RelativeLayout which helps you to stack your views above each other,then provide a margin to the top layout

Unwanted margin android

I'm using an image carousel and for more reason there's a margin between the carousel and the title bar or action bar http://imgur.com/a/Pvonn , and therefore I have to add a negative value to the top margin which is not desired...

LE: How can I make the scroll to be accessible only on the carousel area? Everywhere I swipe the images keep moving.

DotsPageIndicator don't appear on round screen

I have a smartwatch with round screen. I made a GridViewPager with DotsPageIndicator:

When gravity of page_indicator is on top the dots appear, but when I change it to the bottom (that's where I want them) they don't appear.
