First look like this.
When scroll down...TabLayout will set on top.
Then scroll up a little, will expand part of CollapsingToolbarLayout (should be the toolbar's height).
Continue scrolling to the top, finally just like the first image.
My purpose is to show only Toolbar but not whole CollapsingToolbarLayout when enterAlways, the LinearLayout's content is still hide until top when scroll, is it possible?

In my application im using CoordinatorLayout,AppBarLayout and CollapsingToolbarLayout because i want my app to have top menu bar pinned and header which hides on scroll. I have recyclerview where my items are listed, and items are made in CardView.
Problem is that when i add toolbar as CollapsingToolbarLayouts child at bottom of screen, under recyclerview, on my phone whitespace appears. Also whitespaces dimensions are same like toolbars. When i remove toolbar whitespace also disappears.

I tried setting the contentInsetStart and other attributes on the Toolbar, but nothing changed.
The problem here is that ActionBarDrawerToggle's icon is set as the navigation button on the Toolbar. This button is a special child of Toolbar that will take precedence in the layout. Any other child Views added to the Toolbar will be allotted only the space remaining after that ImageButton is placed. This is pushing the left side of your RelativeLayout to the right, so the TextViews you have centered in that will not be centered with respect to the Toolbar itself.
Fortunately, Toolbar's LayoutParams has a gravity property that we can utilize to center the LinearLayout and its TextViews directly in the Toolbar, without having to wrap them in another ViewGroup. We can also set the gravity appropriately on your ImageView to similarly align that to the right side.
In this example, we apply that center gravity by setting the LinearLayout's layout_gravity to center. Be sure to also change the layout_width values to wrap_content, or you'll be in the same boat as before. The ImageView here has its layout_gravity set to right|center_vertical, replacing those layout_* attributes specific to RelativeLayout.

I would like to make OpSearchView sticky to the top of the layout.
I try to remove app:layout_scrollFlags="scroll" from OpSearchView but all childs from AppBarLayout became sticky.
If I move OpSearchView from the AppBarLayout under RecyclerView, the RecyclerView(with layout_behavior) became invisible.
How to make OpSearchView without scrolling behavior?

This is the layout that I came up with working with your layout, I took a few liberties to make things work, you should make your own changes to get it back to your original layout, like your custom SearchView and HorizontalRecyclerView.
P.S. For layout_width and layout_height, match_parent and fill_parent are the same thing, and you should only use match_parent as per Google's documentation suggests.
I'm trying to use the design support library to implement tabs. The issue is that the viewpager overlaps the toolbar and tablayout when i remove the attribute
app:layout_behavior="#string/appbar_scrolling_view_behavior"
of the viewpager.
viewpager overlaps the toolbar and tablayout
and when i add the attribute the viewpager overflows the screen.
viewpager overflows the screen
I just need the viewpager to occupy the space left after the tablayout and the toolbar and not overflow the screen...
Here is my activity_main.xml

I know it seems late. But I send my answer.
In activity_main.xml use RelativeLayout instead of CoordinatorLayout and you can remove AppBar. For defining Toolbar as AppBar you can use this code in MainActivity.java:
Toolbar mToolbar = (Toolbar) findViewById(R.id.toolbar);
setSupportActionBar(mToolbar);
In fragment_1.xml use another widget like CardView or ScrollView instead of LinearLayout or you may use LinearLayout inside of replaced widget.
activity_main.xml

This solution solved same problem for me.
If you don't really need the AppBar Layout, remove it.
<android.support.design.widget.CoordinatorLayout xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
xmlns:app="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res-auto"
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="match_parent">
<android.support.v7.widget.Toolbar
android:id="#+id/toolbar"
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="?attr/actionBarSize"
android:background="?attr/colorPrimary"
app:layout_scrollFlags="scroll|enterAlways"
app:popupTheme="#style/ThemeOverlay.AppCompat.Light" />
<android.support.design.widget.TabLayout
android:id="#+id/tablayout"
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"
app:tabGravity="fill"
app:tabMode="fixed" />
<android.support.v4.view.ViewPager
android:id="#+id/view_pager"
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="match_parent"
app:layout_behavior="#string/appbar_scrolling_view_behavior" />
This code works fine for me.
I have a CoordinatorLayout with an AppBarLayout and a CollapsingToolbarLayout. In CollapsingToolbarLayout I'm using a LinearLayout showing user info as a layout_collapseMode=parallax element, below of it, a TabLayout.
The behaviour that I expect is a smooth hiding of the user info while the TabLayout is scrolling up or down.
The problem is that the items positions are reset when I scroll down a bit, hiding entirely the user info layout.
