I have a fragment listview layout which is called in the activity_main layout ,the admob banner is placed at the bottom of activit_main layout , so when I scroll down until the last item of the listview I find him covered by the banner,here is the full activity_main layout :

You need to set alignment for it, your adview will always block everything at the bottom since you alignment towards parent bottom.
Wrap your list_view (which is inside view pager i assume) with constraint or relative layout (or even linear layout, it also works). Then align them as you want, align the view pager bottom on top of the adview and align the adview below the view pager.
Do something like this for the layout

I've used two screen mobile to test my app . The item inside collapsing toolbar layout works fine for the smaller screen device but it cuts from bottom when using larger device . NOTE:-TAB COLOR IS done RED MANUALLY . NO CODE ISSUE THERE .

Actually setting wrap_content and fitsSystemWindow=true in both AppBarlayout and recyclerview and then setting the desired item layout height to the parent linear layout of the recycler item worked for me . in my case I set 180dp
CoordinatorLayout adds space between AppBarLayout and RecyclerView. Not sure whether its the Toolbar or AppBarLayout.

I think you have several minor issues that causes your problem.
1) You're trying to use the cooridnator layout as a relative layout, so the buttons alignParentBottom won't have any effect.
2) Orientation on the coordinator layout is a linear layout property and would have no effect.
3) The coordinator layout or anything within it doesn't use the full parent, all of them are only wrap_parent.

You need a FrameLayout. In a FrameLayout, the children are overlapped on top of each other with the last child being at the topmost.
