How to include image, text and button in toolbar?

In my android app, I wish to build a toolbar like so:
How can I increase the height of the toolbar and include an image, text and button?

Collapsable ToolBar Layout is not Collapsing android

This is my xml file.On Scrolling the toobar is not scrolling at all.It remains Sticky ,only the elements of recycler view scroll

Appbar behaviour works only if the content view has a RecyclerView or any other View capable of nested scrolling such as NestedScrollView.

How to customize toolbar in Bottomsheet layout?

I'm using a CollapsingToolbarLayout within a CoordinatorLayout for my bottomsheet's layout. The layout looks like this -

I was wondering whether it would be possible to customize the toolbar inside the CollapsingToolbarLayout to add an up button and set its title without setting that toolbar as the supportactionbar.

you can put icons/images/button inside the toolbar through xml like this:

NestedScrollView in CoordinatorLayout not showing overscroll

I have NestedScrollView with some texts and because that is in
CoordinatorLayout, when i scroll it to end of the NestedScrollView does not show overscroll effect, my guess is that when i reach end and try to scroll more i don't scroll nestedScrollView but i scroll CoordinatorLayout.

That design is wrong.
See:

You were including the layout in the CollapsingToolbarLayout which that should be in the NestedScrollView and not that CollapsingToolbarLayout.
Just do your stuffs in the NestedScrollView like this:

How insert a LinearLayout between AppBarLayout and the scrolling content, when using CollapsingToolbarLayout

I'm using a CoordinatorLayout with CollapsingToolbarLayout. I'm trying to put a LinearLayout below AppBarLayout and above the scrolling content, and I want that this LinearLayout stays always fixed on the screen (with AppBarLayout hidden or not), not scrolling with the content.
Is this possible?

Here Linear layout will scroll but it will always be visible to the user.
