I am working on an update to make my already published App compatible with Android Auto.
As I read in Google design Guidelines this update has to be approved by Google to then be available for distribution.
https://developer.android.com/docs/quality-guidelines/auto-app-quality
But does this mean that every update I publish from this date on needs to be manually reviewed and approved by Google, even if it doesn't change anything on the Android Auto integration of this app?
Or is it just the initial update?

No it's all updates.
Note that if the submitted app is an update to an existing app and your updated app does not meet the review criteria, the update is rejected and the existing app remains published in the Google Play store.
You can read more about the Android Auto distrubution here

I am making an android app for android tv which runs the whole day. There is no man to manually update the application and play store also does not actually update the application instantly even when settings are set for auto-update.
How can I achieve this either with 3rd party application or play store or programmatically
have you tried this library:
https://pub.dev/packages/flutter_autoupdate
https://pub.dev/packages/new_version
Also, you should check this one: Flutter automatically update application when new version is available

I wish to add a security feature to my mobile application that every time a user opens the app, it shows default screen lock of the device (pin, password, facial recognition, or fingerprint)
You will need local authentication
If you are using expo then you have https://docs.expo.io/versions/v30.0.0/sdk/local-authentication
Otherwise it can be directly installed using
https://www.npmjs.com/package/expo-local-authentication

I changed my Android app name in Google Play developer and in Android Studio too.
But when I try to find my app using new name no success, I only can find it using previous name.
Why can its happened? How can I change it?
it usually takes 24 hours for changes to take place, wait and it'll be updated.
Did you make sure to change the label in the manifest too?
Both your application and activity fields should contain:
android:label="Name You Want Here"
It normally takes a few hours untill changes get upadted in the play store.

Lots of info about these apps needing to be deployed via the play store.
But cannot find official docs regarding if we could deploy these apps using a private custom app store....
Is there some kind of dependency between instant apps and the google play store?
Anyone have a pointer?
Best writeup I have found so far with references. What Android Instant Apps could mean for publishers
But on the google page, no details about deploying through custom play store or any alternatives..
They announced this feature in Google I/O this year. They haven't released this to all developers but have a signup form for early access. You can find out more here.
At the very least, it will probably use Google Play Services, I think. Confirmation on it being Play Store only will probably come in the future once they open up SDK access to the public.

Is there a service that will notify me whenever a user post a review for my app that meets a pre-defined criteria (e.g. a one-star rating)?
Google did not lead to any results.
For all who is still looking for an answer. Now there is such an option. In your google play developer console go to "settings" -> "Email notifications"
Direct link is here.
There is no official API right now. But you can get notifications for changes in rating and download count on your device if you use the Andlytics app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.github.andlyticsproject
(open source, available at GitHub).
No, Google doesn't provide any such service.
Edit
I thought Google mails you when someone comment or give a review on an application. Anyways, I'm wrong then.
