I am implementing pjsua2 sample app for voice call on Android devices. It works well on android version 8, 9, 10, 11 without issue. But when I tested on Android 5.1, I can receive call from sip soft phone without any issue. But outgoing call only rings on the other side without any voice.
From the log its mentioned that both AUDIO_OUTPUT_FLAG_FAST as well as AUDIO_INPUT_FLAG_FAST denied by client. can any one suggest me how to rectify this issue.

Has anyone tried running a gluon-mobile app on Android 8.0 (Oreo)? I have a OnePlus5T and tried installing the fifty-state app with latest source from GitHub and get little boxes where text should be. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks!

Thanks José for pointing me in the right direction. Ultimately I was able to fix the fonts on my OnePlus5T by just adding the below to my main .css file, no java changes needed :-)
.app-bar > .title-box > .label,
.dialog > .container > .dialog-title,
.button, .check-box, .label, .text-field,
.header, .footer, .list-cell, .text-area {
-fx-font-family: 'san-serif';
}
.icon-text {
-fx-font-family: 'Material Icons';
}
I'm working on HiKey aosp installed running on Linux 16.04, trying to connect v4l2 camera and use it. Currently, I've added the device drivers for v4l2 and usbcamera, and added the camera-hal to ~/(aosp)/device/linaro/hikey/camera directory. media_profiles.xml is contained in this directory.
I'm facing this problem where the camera service provider is killed in the init process and runs infinite loop of the booting process as it constantly tries to start camera service and kill all related processes.

According to the answer given to Start native service at early-init before coldboot done, native service including this camera provider service would not open the /dev/binder because it starts before the coldboot. Also, it uses the passthrough mode. How can I tweak the init process so that camera provider service would run and not kill itself?
I'm trying to capture an image from the back camera using the Android Camera API.
I'm using this code, 4. Tutorial: Using the camera API. It works when it uses the front camera. When I change CAMERA_FACING_FRONT to CAMERA_FACING_BACK, I get the Error 100 on
camera.takePicture(null, null, new PhotoHandler(getApplicationContext()));
I'm using Samsung Galaxy S3. Anyone knows how to solve this? It has been asked a multiple times, but I haven't found a real solution anywhere.
Edit: Full log until Error 100

I wonder if you can help me with this error.
I am running a fresh fully updated install of windows 7 with
Visual studio 2010 Professional in trial mode.
In Visual Studio I create a new OpenGl Mono for Android Application
using the built in template.
I compile and run the application.
The emulator boots (I am running API_8) EMU.
The application starts and then aborts.
(In the emulator I get a black screen which quickly closes.)
Same thing happens if I do similar using the Mono Develop IDE
and or the other templates.
Here is a dump of the error message (I cannot find much info on google)
It looks like the error is related to the load library fail.
Thanks

The issue is from the newer versions of mono where libmonosgen-2.0 does not get installed automatically. The path that you will see in which it fails is actually a simlink for the library. What you have to do is manually or through a non-mono apk, create the following:
A folder with your package name in /data/app-lib/
in the folder you will have to push the libmonosgen-2.0.so (and libmonodroid.so if needed)
After this is done you have to navigate to data/data/your.package.name and create a simlink from lib -> the folder you created previously. the command to use is ln -s.
I have noticed that in some cases the simlink exists, but is pointing to a false location.
I had to do this manually and it would not survive a factory reset. A colleugue of mine actually did this the non-mono apk path which does everything for him when ever the provisioning app executes on first launch.
Try going to the project properties and turn off "fast deployment". Then manually remove your app from the emu/device, and try again.
Another possibility is that you don't have enough free space on your device. The problem isn't in your package (OpenGLApplication1), the problem is from installing the Mono.Android.DebugRuntime package, as /data/data/Mono.Android.DebugRuntime/lib/libmonosgen-2.0.so doesn't exist.
I would suggest looking through the adb logcat log, and see if something like the following is present:
W/NativeHelper( 98): Failed to cache package shared libs
W/NativeHelper( 98): java.io.IOException: Couldn't create cached binary /data/data/Mono.Android.DebugRuntime/lib/libmonosgen-2.0.so in /data/data/Mono.Android.DebugRuntime/lib
W/NativeHelper( 98): at com.android.internal.content.NativeLibraryHelper.copyNativeBinaryLI(NativeLibraryHelper.java:289)
If messages like the above are present, remove the Mono.Android.DebugRuntime package (adb uninstall Mono.Android.DebugRuntime), remove some extra apps from your device (to free up space), and try re-installing your app from the IDE.
