In our project, we activated cloud functions and deployed a function into the cloud to notify all the clients whenever a Remote Config value has changed on firebase remote config.
Cloud function:

But still, when I update a key on remote config, I can see that the function is triggered by the firebase from the cloud function logs, but it won't call my client-side function, which is registered to messaging.

When subscribing to a firebase console messaging topic using the firebase client sdk using:
FirebaseMessaging.getInstance().subscribeToTopic("/topics/sometopic")
I get a warning:
'/topics/sometopic' is deprecated. Only 'sometopic' should be used in subscribeToTopic.
However when subscribing to a topic using the firebase admin sdk server side using:
admin.messaging().subscribeToTopic(user.messaging_token, 'sometopic')
I get a warning on the cloud server saying

If I want to be able to subscribe users both from client side and from server side how do I work around this? Is there a conflict or what am I missing?
Both in client side and in server side will subscribe the user to a topic, the difference is that in server side you can subscribe many users to the same topic:

I have implemented Ti.goosh module in my app for sending push notification from Firebase. I followed this git document and created a new project in Google Developer Console API. I got a Project Number from there and used it as "GCM sender ID" in tiapp.xml. Then I added following code in my index.js controller.

When I run app, success block execute and i got the device token. But I didn't get the message from firebase. I also couldn't understand where the server key and API key from firebase should be included in this module to link with my app.
How can I understand the whole thing? It seems that push notification in Titanium is very complex with very poor documentation.

We have developed an app in iOS and Android which stores the FCM tokens in a database in order to send PUSH notifications depending on the user configuration.
Users install the app and the token of every device is stored in the database, so we would like to know what of those tokens are invalid because the app has been uninstalled.
On the other hand, we send the notifications through the website using JSON. Is there any limitation (I mean, is there any limit of elements in a JSON request)?

I recently noticed that step 9 in the Cloud Functions codelab uses the response it gets from the FCM API to remove invalid registration tokens from its database.

You can send messages from the Firebase Web Console, or from a custom server using the server-side APIs.
What you might want to do is to contact a server (like via http call) and that server will send the message to the user.
This way ensure that the API-KEY of the server is protected.
PS: the sendMessage(..) api is called upstream feature, and can be used to send messages from your app to your server, if you server has an XMPP connection with the FCM server.
Yes you can send push notification through Firebase.Please make sure do NOT include the server-key into your client. There are ways "for not so great people" to find it and do stuff... The Proper way to achieve that is for your client to instruct your app-server to send the notification.
You have to send a HTTP-Post to the Google-API-Endpoint.
You need the following headers:

Authorization: key={your_server_key}
You can obtain your server key within in the Firebase-Project.

Use onesignal functions to create a specific id,save it in a firebase database ,then when the id can be put in another function that is used to send a notification
