React Native Android build issue

I am facing build issue while running "npx react-native run-android" on my windows.
I am stuck with this. Please guide me what I need to do.
I tried following options
deleting .gradle and rebuilding
deleting node-modules and do npm i
deleting androidResources

Try following step
Delete android build folders (both android/build & android/app/build)
Add org.gradle.jvmargs=-Xmx4608m in android/gradle.properties
Delete node_modules
Clean npm / yarn (whichever you are using to install packages) cache by running npm cache clean --force / yarn cache clean
run npm install / yarn to install packages
Android studio -> File -> Invalidate Cache -> Invalidate and Restart
Rebuild the project

run-ios is ok
run-android => android emulator opens but can't install my app.
When I ran android emulator in EXPO cli, it worked well!
but in react-native-cli environment, it doesn't work!!
react-native-cli: 2.0.1
react-native: 0.69.3

I solved my problem.
/Users/leeseungsup/RNSTAMPY/android/app/src/main/java/com/rnstampy/MainActivity.java:2: error: class, interface, or enum expected package com.rnstampy; ^ 1 error
this was my problem.
I moved [package com.rnstampy;] on the TOP. that's all.
It worked.

Can't start react-native as app:processDebugMainManifest FAILED

I was following the tutorial from Setting up the development environment configuring the React Native CLI Quickstart of Windows and Android.
Whenever I run the command react-native run-android Metro starts in another CMD and Android Studios opens up, but this error appears in the original CMD.

I used this post and the answer as a reference because I thought it was similar, but I got a similar error from what I got before.

I also want to say that I already ran the command gradlew clean and same error.
Is there something wrong with the gradlew.bat?

It's mentioning as access denied, try to change permission to android folder and see.

And then I cleared the cache by yarn start --reset-cache, and execute again react-native run-android. Error again. But the latter errors are different from the former errors.
What could be a problem?

Wow. I solve the problem.
>cd android
android>./gradlew clean
And then apk is successfully installed on the emulator.

Build failed with fresh installed react-native app

Im trying to build an app but run into some problems so tried with a fresh projects that still fails to build. This is my steps:
1) Installing the app with
react-native init Myapp
after that Im running the emulator in android studio and launching the app with:
react-native run-android
and are getting the errormessage below. I have tried to reinstall the react-native cli
npm install -g react-native-cli
reset the cache in gradle with
cd android
gradlew cleanBuildCache
It used to work but since I have had some problems to build the apk I messed around a bit with the gradle. I might have updated something that causes the error. Any help is very welcomed!

Is Android SDK installed and are all the required variables set?
Try running in the command line:
adb
If the command is not recognized, then something is wrong with your Android SDK installation.
Follow the link provided in the error for detailed instructions on installing Android SDK.

I think, Developer options closed in your devices first open developer options,
then try this command
react-native init Test
npm i
react-native run-android or ios.

Turn off wifi
Build the app in offline mode
Turn on wifi
Your app should be builded

Go to android folder and edit build.gradle
set buildToolsVersion to buildToolsVersion = "23.0.1" mine was 30.0.2 when i changed it to "23.0.1" it started working
In the android folder run
gradlew.bat installDebug
and make sure the Build is successful
That should do it go back to your project folder and run
npm run android
