I am creating an android app and want to know which are the alternatives of google Firebase for storing data, as I want to spend money on purchasing premium plans. Thanks in advance

Also I think your question is constructed a little bit wrong.
If you want to use more storage you can do it with firebase, there are avaialble non-free plans.
If you do not want to spend money you need to use less storage or any other firebase feature or other service feature.

I want to know if the source code of firebase-analytics is open or not. I couldn't find it in this repo or any where else.
I wanted to know the working and flow of the api's available in the firebase-analytics. It's just weird that all the codes are available except analytics.

The source code for the Google Analytics portion of the Firebase Android SDKs is currently not open-sourced.
While we open-sourced most of our product SDKs by now, it has taken different amounts of time for different products. We hope to some day have all our SDKs open-sourced, but have no timeline for when this will be.

I have tried a lot to integrate payment methods like google pay, PhonePe, and others. but couldn't able to find one proper example or Documentation. please someone explains if anyone has done it
If you want to receive payments through UPI, this is the easiest library to do so. It supports almost all UPI apps.

How do i know if an api is free for use or has a price?.
I like to use some companies waze,whatsapp,facebook,gmail with my app but was unable to find any information about pricing.
Does opening an app using iframe cost too?.
The best way is to type name_of_software + api in google. For example: Waze Api led me here and Facebook API led me here.
For Waze, you can look into becoming a broadcaster, which will give you access to their resources.
Try around, experiment and see what's out there and if they offer price information or not.

Please tell me if you have great Cloud Messaging Services in mind, which can be used for Android and iOS platforms.

Best alternative is AWS. If you are veryfamiliar with firebase you can understand this quickly. All these are automated. You dont need to design database schema from the basics. And you can use node js but this one you have to implement all the functionalities you needed for your application.

I'm willing to make an android app in Medical app. the app searches in a database of symptoms to tell the user what disease it is.
Can anybody tell me where I can find this database for free? thanks in advance.
Try to check this, there is a list of available databases. F.e. first "AIDSinfo" use RESTful api for accessing data.
