Execution failed task ':app:kaptGenerateStubsDebugKotlin'

When I want to run the app, I get the following Build output:
Execution failed for task ':app:kaptGenerateStubsDebugKotlin'.
> Could not resolve all files for configuration ':app:kapt'.
> Could not find com.android.databinding:compiler:4.2.1.
I searched it already up on stackoverflow but it didn't help. I am stuck on this issue for 2 days now and it's driving me nuts :/

you dont need to put
kapt "com.android.databinding:compiler:4.2.1"
only need enable data binding in the gradle, and you did this
documentation: https://developer.android.com/jetpack/androidx/releases/databinding

Problem downloading com.google.gms:google-services:4.3.10 after adding it as a classpath to the project build.gradle file

I started to get this error after trying to connect my app to firebase.
This is the error message I get after the gradle build

Your Gradle files look fine, but it looks like your system is unable to contact the Google repository.
Make sure you don't have a firewall running that blocks access.
You can unblock only the firewalls that are active leaving the inactive ones
still still running if you are on a windows machine.

Grade build compile gives dependency error

Hey guys im making an app in kotlin with jetpack compose but when i run the app its gives me this error.

How about adding the dependency it demands?
One needs this Gradle plugin:

And these are the Java dependencies:

It's meanwhile dev17 and not dev7.

amplify android gradle build error EEXIST: file already exists, mkdir

I am trying to follow this tutorial for AWS Amplify Android.
I am sure I did everything mentioned over there.

As soon as i remove apply plugin: 'com.amplifyframework.amplifytools', it builds successfully.
My node version is 12.17.0.
npm version is 16.14.4.
It is giving me this errors:
EEXIST: file already exists, mkdir 'C:\Users\Ram'

How to implement external fingerprint device SDK in android?

I am making a app which registers fingerprint of the employees for registration. However I am facing difficulty in implementing the external fingerprint device SDK in my app. I have imported it as module but the gradle keeps on giving me error on syncing and the sync fails with error message as:
