google play console rejects my application for QUERY_ALL_PACKAGE - android

I hope you have a good day, Google says that I should use a lower visibility, but the truth is that I do not have such a package in my androidmanifest.
In the middle of my investigation I found that some of my dependencies may be using this permission, but I don't know which ones they may be. In my application policies declare the file picker and url_launcher dependencies and that the policies say "Allowed uses include the following: device search, antivirus applications, file managers and browsers."
But my application keeps getting rejected, what should I do

Android Call APP | Notification Pushy.me API delay sometimes too High if APP running Background | High if app is not running

I build one Android Call app and using Pushy API to receive Notification for the Call...
It works good, but sometimes the delay is over 5 minutes if the App running in Background!
If the app is not running in Background, the delay for Call-Notification is always high...
What I'm doing wrong?
Also, do you know another API like Pushy which would do a better JOB?
What piece of Code do you need from me to research for this purpose

Problem with android manifest when creating flutter appbundle

I have a problem with the android xml file when creating the appBundle. However, I cannot find the problem, could anyone help me please? I have never removed anything from the file. I have never really worked with manifest files before, so I wasn't completely sure what I was looking for.
Thanks in advance

Ok, you have a space character between android and name while defining internet permission. You need to remove that:
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" android:maxSdkVersion="28" />
I was able to find the issue.
The issue was that there was an unnecessary space after android here:
<uses-permission android: name="android.permission.INTERNET" android:maxSdkVersion="28" />
I changed this to :
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" android:maxSdkVersion="28" />
