Leave bottom layout button hidden when adjustResize is used within a scroll view

I have a layout where the main content is scrollable. At the same time the confirm button is always visible at the bottom so no matter where you are scrolling you can always confirm and see the button.
Whenever I touch a EditText the ScrollView scrolls up so the keyboard does not hide the EditText. This is done using android:windowSoftInputMode="adjustResize".
The problem is, that the button always also scrolls up when I touch the EditText. I do not want this behaviour. I want the button to stay hidden behind the keyboard.

On the second picture, the Button also scrolls up. But I only want the keyboard below the EditText the button shall stay hidden at the bottom behind the keyboard (Like it would without adjustResize

As suggested with FrameLayout it works when I have no content that needs to scroll. But once I add another EditText like below it stops working again (I am also unfamiliar with FrameLayout, I always only use ConstraintLayout, So I assume somehow the ScrollView has to stay on top of the button anyway)

I was using Constraint layout in a fragment. I had set TopToBottomOf although it wasn't reaching to bottom.

How to use the whole space when placing ConstraintLayout inside a NestedScrollView?

I'm trying to put a ConstraintLayout inside a NestedScrollView, but there is a line that separates the ConstraintLayout. I can't place anything underneath that invisible line. I have been trying for hours and can't find the issue.

why?
fillViewport allows NestedScrollView to extend its height equals to the full height of the device screen height in the cases when the child of scroll view has less height.

Floating Action Button is duplicated in fragment

In a project, there was a FloatingActionButton in one of the activities. I attempted to add a Fragment in that activity and move the FAB inside that Fragment. Everything seemed to be OK, however when I tried to display a SnackBar, I noticed there are two FloatingActionButtons instead of one in that area (One of them moving up with SnackBars).
In XML, there's only one FAB but when I run the app, two FABs appear which are on each other until a SnackBar is displayed. I'm trying to find the bug which caused the FAB to be duplicated.

make background as white and make it clickable in the fragment and voila..

As Mike M mentioned, I was trying to load one Fragment twice, once from the code and once from the XML layout! So I deleted the one in the code and the duplication problem disappeared!

constraint to bottom but allow keyboard to cover the view

I have a view constrained to bottom of the parent. I also have text fields on top. how ever when the keyboard shows up, it will push bottom views up which will cover my text fields.
I have everything inside a scroll view, keyboard should cover the bottom view and I should be able to scroll to bottom to reach the bottom view.
Here is a simple example. I manually increased the height to reproduce the problem easier. I actually have more views, this is just for demonstration.
note that fillViewPort is also enabled.
