Couldn't find any info in the GP console or by general internet search, maybe someone has encountered this problem already.
After upgrading the target SDK levels to 29 an error started to show up when trying to review the new test build in Closed beta branch.

If anyone has encountered this already, would be glad for advice on how to solve this issue.
Thanks in advance!
This error is displayed if there are too many e-mail lists for testers. You can remove the ones you don't need now, Google Play Console did not have this possibility before.
Once removed, the new build could be submitted to the closed test branch, so that solved the issue.
Trying to update store listing but not able to, not able to find what's wrong with the build we haven't added anything extra in manifest file from last 3 months.
Suggested by Google play support team
Remove All Drafted Artifacts from the Developer console and then wait for 2 - 3 Hrs.
If your still not able to contact Google Console support team
After contacting support team issue resolved in 24 hrs.
For me, I had to update my Alpha and Beta builds as well.
Got the idea from Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/androiddev/comments/at0reb/app_removed_from_play_store_for_smscall_log/egxyr84/
Strange problem here. I have a deployed application on Google Play. From Google Play Developer Console I'm trying to update the current version of my app with the new apk (version code 22 vs version code 21), however, upload fails with a generic "Upload error" message. I already tried to launch lint command and it builds the project without any error. Does anybody have any idea? Thanks
By contacting the Google Support, they told us that the problem could be related to our DexGuard version. After updating the library to last version (8.1.23), we regenerated the apk and uploaded it without any problem :)
I have also faced same issue few days before. I have solved it by just changing version code and upload it again.
Now if you upload apk with version code 22, change it to 23 and upload it again, hopefully your issue will resolved.
I'm trying to beta test an sdk that I uploaded to the developer console 2 days ago.
I have an apk currently published on production and a newer apk published in beta.
I followed all the steps (created google+ group, added testers, etc) but when I get to the https://play.google.com/apps/testing/***** page, it send me to the production app to download with an older version number.
So basically, I cannot download the beta apk from the play store, it makes me download the production version.
Has anyone ever had a similar experience? I'm trying to test out in-app purchases, but this is really putting a damper on my progress... any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
In case anyone has the same question I did, the answer was simply to wait.
I have developed an app which is already in market, now I am trying to upload new version of that app but every time an error is occurring, can anybody tell me solution I am attaching my screenshot of google play.Below are images
In Google play they maintain the Hierarchy of version code.
In your case you published version 5 apk already if you want to upgrade just change the new apk version to 6 and upload it to Google play. You can't directly jump from 5 to 8 version.
Thanks...
