Google Play cancel unpublished changes from Publishing overview - android

I'm trying to cancel (or override) some unpublished changes that I can publish from "Publishing overview".
In production I have an app in version 1.0.1. I've prepared version 1.0.2 (full roll-out) which is ready to be published from "Publishing overview" (I have managed publishing turned on). But I don't want to publish 1.0.2 because I already know that this version is faulty. What can I do so that the users will not get that 1.0.2? If I "Create new release" and prepare version 1.0.3 (full roll-out) and only publish the changes when version 1.0.3 is ready to be published will it make 1.0.2 obsolete/not visible to the users? And what if I wanted to only publish 1.0.3 at 20% - would it result 80% users having 1.0.1 and 20% having 1.0.3 or 1.0.2? Thanks for the help!

Skip an already reviewed android app version on Play Store

Due to some reason, I do not wish to publish the already reviewed, App on Play Store. (Let's call this the buggy version - v1.0.3(5))
I have a new version uploaded with bugs fixed and version updated - v1.0.4(6)
I have Managed Publishing turned on.
What will be the behaviour after I click on publish changes. (When both versions are ready to publish).
Note: I do not want any user to use the buggy version - v1.0.3(5)
After the review of newer version 1.0.4(6), the older version does not show up in ready to publish changes.

Whenever I "Create new release" at the play.google.com website, a very old version of my app is made "Available on Google Play"

Whenever I "Create new release" at the play.google.com website, a very old version of my app is made "Available on Google Play" while the new release is "In review." When I go to the "Releases" section, I see "Rollout halted" next to my most recent version and at the very bottom of the list, I see that the oldest version is "Available on Google Play." This problem has been occurring for a long time now. In the image at https://i.stack.imgur.com/APOnR.png, 5(1.0.4) is the very old version I'm referring to. After 1.0.4, each time I've released a new version, for example 1.0.10, 1.0.11, ... 1.0.16, 1.0.4 has been made "Available on Google Play" while the latest version is "In review." 1.0.4 crashes a lot and that's why I replaced it with 1.0.5 and so on. How can I prevent 1.0.4 from being made available and ensure that the most recent version remains available while the new version is "In review?" In the Apple App Store, while a new version of an app is in review, the most recent version remains available in the App Store. The App Store doesn't display a really old version that was released years ago. I'm 100% confident that I have no draft releases in Google Play. I also have no other outstanding issues that need to be fixed. In the image at https://i.stack.imgur.com/APOnR.png, you can see that everything worked well between 1(1.0) and 5(1.0.4). After 5(1.0.4), I started having this problem.
My Question:
How can I prevent a very old version of my app from being made available in Google Play and ensure that the most recent version remains available instead, while the new version is "In review?"

Publish Apk to playstore in beta version

I have an Android App on playstore. Now I have made so many changes to this app and want to update my app. I know simple update is easy but the thing I want is that to publish the new version in beta by keeping the old version remains same. In simple word, I want to publish a new build with beta version that it don't effect the older version?
Note: Old version is not in beta.
Releasing app update to beta channel (open testing) doesn't remove the production release. The beta update will become available as an update to testers only, everyone else will have access to the production release.

Google in-app updates api not updating latest version of app from play store

I have implemented google In-app updates in my android project. There are two ways of implementing the in-app update.
1. Immediate and 2 Flexible.
I am using Flexible mode to update the app.
Now There is 1.0.7 version of my app exist in google play store which is updated one.I have retained version 1.0.3 in my app for testing purpose. Mean while There are five versions like 1.0.3, 1.0.4, 1.0.5, 1.0.6 and last 1.0.7 (which is latest version).
When I create signed apk and then it show alert to update the app in flexible mode, when I go for the update, after updating I restart the app and then it shows version 1.0.5 not the latest version which is on playstore (1.0.7).
Can anyone please tell me why it's not updating latest version(1.0.7).
Thanks in advance.

How can I unrelease my android app after releasing in playstore?

I released my app in playstore, but I want to change its current version to a beta version, and unrelease it.
How can I change the current released version of my app to be in testing phase (beta version)?
To unpublish your app:
1- Go to your Play Console.
2- Select an app.
3- Select Store presence > Pricing & distribution.
4- In the "App Availability" section, select Unpublish.
Hope this is help
You can unpublish it, but it won't get removed from the devices of people who have already installed it. Unpublish the production application, Increment the app version code and publish a new beta version. Later you can either move the beta version to production again or increment the app version code and publish new version to the production.
